All subscriptions made to our product will be automatically renewed using the payment method on file. This will be done at the standard subscription rate. You may cancel at any time by visiting this link.

Refunds

In most cases, the services provided by Linguix Premium subscriptions are non-refundable.

Payments made in error

Our support team can handle any payment errors you may have. If you suspect that you were charged in error or notice some other error that relates to billing please submit a support request. Allow 24 hours for our customer happiness team to get back to you.

If you don’t get a response, we ask that you check your junk and spam folders. You can also add our email address to your contact list so that you won’t miss our message.
