I see multiple charges from Linguix on my statement.

Sometimes people accidentally create multiple Linguix accounts, and even upgrade them to Premium. In such cases, you can be charged for more than one account. You can cancel your additional subscriptions, or contact our support.

We’ll ask you to provide the following details:

  • Your Linguix account ID.

  • The last four digits of the credit card you’ve used.

  • Your card’s expiration date.

  • The charge amount and date.
