In order to cancel your subscription for your premium account, please follow the steps below.
Log in to your account via https://Linguix.com/signin
Navigate to the Account tab which is on the right-side panel of the page
Click to Subscription
Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ at the bottom of the page
Click ‘Proceed to downgrade’
Select a reason for canceling your subscription then click ‘Downgrade Plan’
Once your billing cycle ends, your account will downgrade to the free version and you will not be charged any future payments. Your access to documents and your data will remain intact.

In order to cancel your subscription for your Team Plan account, visit your team dashboard and click Subscription or contact us.
