How do I cancel my subscription?

Pro accounts

In order to cancel your subscription for your premium account, please follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your account via https://Linguix.com/signin

  2. Navigate to the Account tab which is on the right-side panel of the page

  3. Click to Subscription

  4. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ at the bottom of the page

  5. Click ‘Proceed to downgrade’

  6. Select a reason for canceling your subscription then click ‘Downgrade Plan’

Once your billing cycle ends, your account will downgrade to the free version and you will not be charged any future payments. Your access to documents and your data will remain intact.

If it seems you cannot find a cancellation link then we recommend ensuring that you are logged into a premium account. If you are unable to locate your account, contact us by clicking this button.

Team accounts

In order to cancel your subscription for your Team Plan account, visit your team dashboard and click Subscription or contact us.
