I have a Premium subscription, but the app prompts me to upgrade

If you believe that you have a valid Linguix Premium subscription, but the app is still prompting you to upgrade, please do the following:

  • Double check the email you’re using right now to log in. Sometimes users accidentally create two accounts with two associated emails. Linguix Premium can be associated with one email account only.

  • Search your emails associated with Linguix for Linguix Premium confirmation emails. This will help you to identify the right email.

If this does not help or you 100% sure you have only one Linguix account, contact support at [email protected], and we will help you ASAP.
