I forgot an email associated with my Premium account. How do I restore it?

For your security, we will require you the ownership of the account you’d like to restore access to. If you’ve lost an access to an email associated with your Premium account, you have to send us a ticket via the Help Center or using another email (ping us at [email protected]).

In this message, provide the following details:

  • last four digits of the credit card number you used for Linguix

  • card network type (e.g., VISA)

  • credit card expiration date (month/year)

  • the charge date

  • the charge amount

Note: For security reasons, never provide all 16 digits of your credit card or attach photos of your credit card to support tickets. We only need the information above to verify your account.
